Canada Cloud Data Centre typically uses Personal Information for four primary purposes:

Internally, data is stored on password-controlled servers in a secure data centre with very limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in Canada or any other country where Canada Cloud Data Centre, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

Canada Cloud Data Centre will only disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

(a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Canada Cloud Data Centre or the site

(b) protect and defend the rights or property of Canada Cloud Data Centre, and
